Trump Tower and Bay Adelaide Centre
The latest from Trump and Talon Developments looking up from Bay Street. Trump Tower was a partnership of the two named companies, and the tower is part luxury hotel, and part condominium residences. Bay Adelaide Centre is an office property developed by Brookfield Properties. It is one of the newer office towers in Canada, and the first office tower built over 50 floors in Toronto in over 20 years when it was completed in 2009.
