PNC To Build Ground Breaking Skyscraper in Pittsburgh

PNC To Build Ground Breaking Skyscraper in Pittsburgh

PNC a major banking unit in the United States recently began construction of a major new skyscraper in the core of downtown Pittsburgh. The building which will be the headquarters for the PNC Bank, is also going to be very Eco-Friendly, with many new technologies employed to conserve energy and power, and reduce it's environmental footprint. We have seen this in Canada as well, with the New Hydro Tower which was built in Manitoba, Winnipeg to be exact as well as in Calgary with the Bow Skyscraper which was completed this year.

The new building in Pittsburgh, which has begun excavation, will have a breathable skin, and sophisticated  ventilation system, that allows fresh air to be pulled in from throughout it's 33 floor height. And when weather permits it of course. The building also supports a solar chimney to push out used air, and maintain a livable environment.
