Nice big update today guys, two video updates and some photo updates on Hullmark Centre up here in North York Centre. Taken this morning with my cellphones (Galaxy Nexus, and iPhone4s) for your viewing pleasure. The first update is from the eastern side of Yonge Street looking towards Hullmark Centre directly south. Main observation is that the cladding on the tower is now over the podium, so is clearly visible from this angle. Another observation, not so subtle is the size of the project. This thing is huge, there is no other way to slice it. This is a major development for North York Centre.

The Second Video is from the western edge of Yonge Street, at this angle you can see not only Hullmark Centre rising over the intersection, but also Emerald Park Condos is coming into view. This development by Bazis, is slowly tracking it's way to ground level. When complete it might just make a true landmark out of this North York Centre intersection.
