77 Charles Video - Yorkville

77 Charles in Yorkville

Latest construction update on 77 Charles in Toronto's trendy Yorkville Neighborhood. This is a condo for the jet setting corporate exec's that roam the streets of Toronto's Financial District.
The building is rare that is one of the few curtain wall condos in the city. Curtain wall is more expensive than window wall.

The building is across the street from the One St. Thomas Residences. Apparently, Drake lives there...
But you didn't hear that from me.

Bloor-Yorkville :
Bloor Street, is one of the main shopping and retail streets in the city of Toronto. It's more of an upscale street for shopping in comparison to downmarket streets such as Yonge Street and Queen Street. In the past 2 years Bloor Street has been rebuilt with Granite Pavers and Potters, full trees and watering systems built right in to maintain the look of the street. Although there is nowhere to really sit back and take it all in, Yorkville Village a block north on Cumberland and a block south on Charles have a great small town vibe in which to relax and take in the surroundings.

Bloor Street also contains some of the world's biggest luxury retailers, some of which found on the worlds most expensive streets in like 5th Ave in Manhattan, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, and Ginza in Tokyo. The latest additions to Bloor Street will include the massive condo development know as One Bloor being built by Great Gulf, and the Holt Renfrew Tower by Morguard and Oxford Developments.
